Rather than PM Steve I thought I'd start this vine off but only do it if Steve gives it the OK.

2 nights ago on BBC4 there was a Paul Morley hour long documentary on pop music.It concentrates on about 6 pop songs and I recorded it because I knew This Charming Man was gonna be one of them.However the thing of interest is that he also goes into how Freak Like Me came about with interviews from Richard X & The Sugababes.
No Numan interview but some old clips.

Lola,Ride A White Swan an old Adam Faith track and even Kylie are on it too!

Well Mike ive had a quick look through the old VINES and a fair few VINES have been from BBC RADIO shows,in particular the Dramatis live show,Numan Warriors show and a few from BBC radio shows in 2006 (Janice Long,Johnathon Ross,Tom Robinson) then there has been a few DVD's VINED with TV appearances so your idea covers both "BBC" and "TV" but youve done the right thing waiting for Steves OK,sounds like it was a good program.
